Ingredients

  • 2 cupsThick curd (yogurt)
  • 1/2 cupCold milk
  • 3 tbspSugar
  • 3 tbspRose syrup (Rooh Afza-style)
  • 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  • 1 tspDried rose petals (garnish)
  • 6Ice cubes

Method

    Blend curd, milk, sugar, rose syrup and cardamom powder until smooth and pale pink.

    Pour into chilled tall glasses over ice cubes.

    Scatter dried rose petals on top and serve immediately.
