Ingredients
- 500 mlMilk
- 200 gDark chocolate, chopped
- 2 tbspCocoa powder
- 2 tbspSugar
- 2 tbspCornflour
- 1/4 tspVanilla essence
Method

In a pan, whisk milk, cornflour, sugar and cocoa powder until lump-free.

Bring to a low boil, stirring, till just thickened.

Off heat, add chopped dark chocolate and vanilla. Stir till smooth.

Cool. Blend smooth. Set in freezer for 4 hours. Scoop like ice cream into shake glasses.
