Signature Milk Chocolate Bar

Ingredients

  • 25 gDark chocolate compound
  • 100 gMilk chocolate compound
  • 35 gWhite chocolate compound

Method

    Chop all three compounds. Combine in one bowl.

    Melt together using the double-boiler or microwave method. Stir until uniformly smooth — the colour should be a warm milky brown.

    Pour into a bar-shaped mould. Tap to release bubbles.

    Refrigerate 20 minutes till set. Demould carefully and wrap immediately in foil — the chocolate continues to set at room temperature.
