Ingredients

  • 6Fried vanilla doughnut base (see recipe)
  • 1 cupWhite chocolate ganache (see recipe)
  • 1/2 tspMawa essence
  • 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  • 200 gWhite chocolate (melted, for dip)
  • 1 tbspPistachio slivers (garnish)

Method

    Stir mawa essence and cardamom powder into the white-chocolate ganache. Mix well.

    Fill cooled vanilla doughnuts with the spiced ganache using a piping nozzle.

    Dip the tops in melted white chocolate. Garnish with slivered pistachios.

    Rest 10 minutes to set.
