- 200 gPaneer, cubed
- 1/2 cupCapsicum, diced
- 1/2 cupOnion, diced
- 1/2 cupTomato, diced
- 1/4 cupHung curd
- to tasteSalt
- to tastePepper
- a few dropsOrange food colour
- 1 tbspTandoori masala
- 1 tbspMustard oil
- 1 tbspGreen chutney
- 1 tbspImli (tamarind) chutney
- 1 tbspButter
- 2 tbspOnion crunch (chopped)
- 2 tbspCabbage crunch (chopped)

Marinate paneer, capsicum, onion and tomato in hung curd, salt, pepper, orange colour, tandoori masala and mustard oil. Rest 20 minutes.

Pan-sear or grill the marinated paneer-vegetable mix until charred at the edges, 4 minutes.

Butter the bread slices. Spread one with green chutney, the other with imli chutney.

Pile the grilled paneer-veg mix on one slice. Top with onion and cabbage crunch.

Close the sandwich, slice diagonally. Serve warm with extra chutneys on the side.
