Ingredients

  • 500 mlVanilla ice-cream base
  • 4–5Chocolate sandwich biscuits, crushed
  • 1 tspVanilla essence
  • 2 tbspChocolate syrup

Method

    Stir vanilla essence into the base.

    Fold in crushed chocolate sandwich biscuit pieces — keep some chunks visible.

    Drizzle chocolate syrup in swirls (don't mix in fully). Freeze 8 hours.
