- 5 tspCornflour
- 1 cupMilk
- 1/4 tspSalt
- 1/4 tspBlack pepper powder
- 1/4 tspMustard powder
- 1/2 tspCapsico (Tabasco) sauce
- 1 dspCheese spread
- 2 dspFresh cream
- 1/2 tspMixed herbs

In a non-stick pan, melt butter on low. Add cornflour and whisk continuously till it bubbles smoothly without lumps, 1 minute.

Drizzle in milk while whisking constantly. The mixture goes from paste to sauce.

Add salt, pepper, mustard powder, capsico, cheese spread, fresh cream and mixed herbs.

Stir on a low flame for 3 minutes until you have a semi-thick pourable sauce.

Turn off the flame. Pour warm over nachos, drizzle over burritos, or scoop with tortilla chips.
