Ingredients
- 12Cookies (chocolate, vanilla or any biscuit)
- 1.5 cupsIce cream (any flavour), slightly softened
- 3 tbspChopped dry fruits or sprinkles (optional)
Method

Place 6 cookies bottom-side-up on a tray.

Scoop a generous round of ice cream onto each cookie. Press a second cookie on top.

Smooth the visible ice cream at the edges with a butter knife.

Roll the edges in chopped dry fruits or sprinkles for the photogenic edge.

Freeze on a tray for 2 hours till firm. Wrap individually in butter paper if storing. Serve straight from the freezer.
