Fruit Punch Mocktail Base

A neutral milky-cream base for fruit-flavoured shakes. Sweet, creamy, freezes into scoopable consistency. Use for mango, berry, coconut, rasmalai variants.

Ingredients

  • 500 mlMilk
  • 8 tbspSugar
  • 2 tbspCornflour
  • 1/2 cupWhipped cream

Method

    Whisk milk, cornflour and sugar in a pan.

    Bring to a low boil, stirring, until just thickened.

    Cool fully to room temperature.

    Fold in the whipped cream gently — don't deflate.

  5. 5

    Set in the freezer for 4 hours. Use as the base for fruit and dessert thick shakes.
