Ingredients
- 6Fried vanilla doughnut base (see recipe)
- 1/2 cupMango jam
- 200 gWhite chocolate (melted, for dip)
- a few dropsYellow food colour
Method

Fill cooled vanilla doughnuts with mango jam using a piping nozzle.

Melt white chocolate gently. Tint with a few drops of yellow food colour.

Dip the top of each filled doughnut into the tinted chocolate.

Set on a wire rack for 10 minutes until the chocolate sets.
