Mango Glazed Doughnut

Vanilla doughnuts filled with mango jam and dipped in tinted white-chocolate glaze. Summer-coloured, tropical.

Ingredients

  • 6Fried vanilla doughnut base (see recipe)
  • 1/2 cupMango jam
  • 200 gWhite chocolate (melted, for dip)
  • a few dropsYellow food colour

Method

  1. 1

    Fill cooled vanilla doughnuts with mango jam using a piping nozzle.

    Melt white chocolate gently. Tint with a few drops of yellow food colour.

  3. 3

    Dip the top of each filled doughnut into the tinted chocolate.

  4. 4

    Set on a wire rack for 10 minutes until the chocolate sets.
