- 3Bread bun or baguette
- 3 tbspButter, softened
- 1 tspGarlic powder
- 1 tspMixed herbs
- 2 tbspCheese spread
- 1/4 tspBlack pepper
- a pinchSalt
- 1/2 cupMozzarella, grated
Method

Mix cheese spread, black pepper, mixed herbs, salt and garlic powder.

Slice each bun horizontally into 2 layers. Spread softened butter on the cut sides.

Top with the cheese-herb mixture and grated mozzarella.

Preheat oven to 220°C for 10 minutes. Bake the garlic bread at 220°C for 6–7 minutes until cheese melts and the top is golden.
