- 6Fried chocolate doughnut base (see recipe), shaped as long oval
- 100 gMargarine
- 100 gIcing sugar
- 50 gMelted dark chocolate (for filling)
- 150 gMilk chocolate (melted, for coating)
- 3 tbspChocolate ganache (see recipe, for drizzle)

Fry the chocolate doughnut dough in long oval éclair shapes instead of rings.

Buttercream filling: beat margarine + icing sugar until fluffy. Add melted dark chocolate. Beat to a smooth spread.

Slit each cooled éclair lengthwise (don't cut through). Pipe chocolate buttercream into the channel.

Dip the tops in melted milk chocolate. Drizzle with chocolate ganache in zigzags.
