- 150 gChocolate (dark or milk), melted
- 2 tbspMilk powder
- 2 tbspIcing sugar
- 4–5 dropsFruit essence (oil-based) — orange, kiwi, pineapple, blackcurrant or watermelon
- a few dropsMatching food colour
- a few dropsWater
Method

Make the soft centre: combine milk powder, icing sugar, fruit essence and food colour. Add a few drops of water and knead into a soft pliable dough. Roll into small marbles.

Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into deep mould cavities. Refrigerate 5 minutes.

Place a soft-centre marble in each.

Pour another layer of melted chocolate to seal. Tap, refrigerate 15 minutes.

Demould. Store cool.
