Ingredients
- 2 cupsPasta (penne or fusilli), boiled al dente
- 1 cupWhite béchamel sauce (see recipe)
- 1/4 cupSweet corn
- 1/2 cupMixed blanched vegetables (broccoli, beans, capsicum) — optional
- 1 tbspButter
- to tasteSalt
- 1/2 tspBlack pepper
- 1 tspMixed herbs
- 2 tbspGrated cheese (garnish)
Method

Heat butter in a pan. Toss in the blanched vegetables and sweet corn — 1 minute.

Pour the white sauce in. Bring to a low simmer.

Add the boiled pasta. Toss to coat — adjust thickness with a splash of pasta water if needed.

Season with salt, pepper, mixed herbs. Cook 2 more minutes.
