Paan Centre Chocolate

A dark-chocolate shell filled with meetha paan — the after-dinner mukhwaas in chocolate form.

Ingredients

  • 100 gDark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tspMeetha paan paste (dry, from the paanwala)

Method

    Pour a thin layer of melted dark chocolate into each cavity of a chocolate mould. Fill just half-full.

    Refrigerate 5 minutes till the bottom layer just sets.

  3. 3

    Place a small dab (about 1/4 tsp) of dry meetha paan paste in the centre.

  4. 4

    Pour another layer of melted chocolate over to seal.

  5. 5

    Tap, refrigerate 15 minutes. Demould.
