  • 600 gDark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 tbspButter

    Heat the cream until just steaming.

    Pour over chocolate. Wait, stir to smooth.

    Stir in butter. Use warm to pour over cakes for the glassy mirror effect, or cool slightly for thicker dripping consistency.
