Ingredients
- 6Fried red velvet doughnut base (see recipe), shaped as long oval
- 3/4 cupButtercream (see recipe)
- 2 tbspCream cheese
- 150 gWhite chocolate (melted, for dip)
- 3 tbspWhite chocolate ganache (drizzle)
- 2 tbspCrushed red-velvet cake or doughnut crumbs (garnish)

Shape the red-velvet dough into long ovals and fry.

Beat cream cheese into the buttercream until smooth — keep cold.

Pipe cream-cheese buttercream into each slit éclair.
