- 500 mlVanilla ice-cream base
- a few dropsYellow food colour
- 1/2 tspButterscotch essence
- 2 tbspButterscotch granules / crushed praline
Method

Tint the vanilla base lightly yellow. Stir in butterscotch essence.

Fold in crushed butterscotch praline — save a tablespoon for the top.
