Ingredients

  • 500 mlVanilla ice-cream base
  • a few dropsYellow food colour
  • 1/2 tspButterscotch essence
  • 2 tbspButterscotch granules / crushed praline

Method

    Tint the vanilla base lightly yellow. Stir in butterscotch essence.

    Fold in crushed butterscotch praline — save a tablespoon for the top.

    Pour into container. Sprinkle the reserved praline on top. Freeze 8 hours.
