- 6Fried chocolate doughnut base (see recipe)
- 200 gMelted dark or milk chocolate (dip)
- 1 cupChocolate ganache (see recipe), for filling
- 50 gChocolate chips
- 4KitKat sticks, chopped
- as neededExtra ganache (drizzle)
Method

Prepare the fried chocolate doughnuts and cool fully.

With a piping nozzle, hollow a small channel into each doughnut and pipe ganache into the centre.

Dip the top of each filled doughnut into melted chocolate. Let the excess drip off.

While the chocolate is still wet, press chocolate chips and chopped KitKat onto the top.

Drizzle a little extra ganache for the showpiece look. Rest 10 minutes for the chocolate to set.
