- 50 gButter
- 50 gBrown sugar
- 35 gHoney
- 1/2 tspVanilla essence
- a pinchSalt
- 1/4 tspBaker's ammonia
- 62 gMaida
- 50 gOats
- 25 gWalnuts, chopped
- 1/8 tspCinnamon powder
- 25 gRaisins
- 1/2 tspBaking powder
- 40 gDark chocolate, chopped
Method

Beat butter and brown sugar until creamy.

Add ammonia (dissolved in 1/4 tsp water), vanilla, honey and salt.

Sieve maida, baking powder and cinnamon. Fold in along with oats.

Stir in walnuts, raisins and chopped dark chocolate.

Mix into a dough. Roll to 8 mm. Cut with a cutter.

Bake at 180°C for 12–15 minutes until the edges are golden. Cool fully before lifting.
