- 500 mlVanilla ice-cream base
- 2 tbspRaisins
- 1/3 cupRum (or orange juice for kid-friendly)
- 1/4 tspRum essence

Soak raisins in rum (or orange juice) for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.

Drain the raisins (save the soaking liquid for cocktails).
