Ingredients
- 500 mlVanilla ice-cream base (see recipe), 1/2 batch
- 2Meetha paan, chopped
- 1/2 tbspGulkand
- 1/8 tspPan essence
- 1 tbspTutti frutti
- 1 tspSaunf (fennel seeds)
- a pinchDry rose petals
- a few dropsGreen food colour
Method

Stir gulkand, pan essence and a couple drops of green colour into the vanilla base.

Fold in chopped meetha paan, tutti frutti, saunf and rose petals — don't over-mix, you want visible bits.

Pour into a freezer-safe container. Freeze 8 hours.
