Ingredients

  • 150 gMilk chocolate, melted
  • 2 tbspDesiccated coconut
  • 1 tbspMilk powder
  • 1 tbspIcing sugar
  • a few dropsWater

Method

    Coconut centre: combine desiccated coconut, milk powder and icing sugar. Add water drop by drop until you can press into a soft ball.

    Roll into small ovals or marbles.

    Pour melted milk chocolate into bar moulds to fill halfway. Refrigerate 5 minutes.

    Place a coconut ball in each cavity.

    Pour more melted chocolate to fully cover. Tap, refrigerate 15 minutes. Demould.
