Ingredients

  • 500 mlVanilla ice-cream base
  • 1/4 cupGajar (carrot) halwa
  • a few dropsOrange food colour

Method

    Tint the vanilla base lightly with orange colour.

    Fold in the gajar halwa in chunks — keep some halwa visible.

    Pour into container. Freeze 8 hours.
