Ingredients

  • 500 mlVanilla ice-cream base
  • 1/4 cupTender coconut malai (soft flesh)
  • 1/4 tspCoconut essence
  • 2 tbspTender coconut pieces (garnish)

Method

    Blend half the tender-coconut malai smooth; chop the rest into small pieces.

    Stir the blended malai and coconut essence into the vanilla base.

    Fold in the chopped coconut pieces. Freeze 8 hours.
