Ingredients

  • 500 mlVanilla ice-cream base
  • 1/2 cupChocolate cake pieces
  • 1 tbspStrawberry crush
  • 2 tbspChopped cherries (optional)
  • 1 tspVanilla essence
  • 2 tbspChocolate syrup

Method

    Drizzle chocolate syrup and strawberry crush through the vanilla base in swirls — don't mix in fully.

    Fold in chocolate cake pieces and chopped cherries.

    Pour into a container, drizzle more chocolate syrup on top for visual layers. Freeze 8 hours.
