Ingredients

  • 100 gDark chocolate, melted
  • 2 tspCandied orange peel, finely chopped
  • 1 dropOrange essence (oil-based)

Method

    Stir the orange essence into the melted dark chocolate.

    Pour a thin layer into each chocolate mould cavity. Refrigerate 5 minutes to set.

    Sprinkle chopped candied orange peel onto the bottom layer.

  4. 4

    Pour another layer of dark chocolate to seal. Tap to release bubbles.

  5. 5

    Refrigerate 15 minutes till fully set. Demould.
