Rocky Road Ice Cream

Ingredients

• 500 mlChocolate ice-cream base
• 1/4 cupWalnuts, chopped
• 1/4 cupChocolate chips
• 1/2 cupMini marshmallows

Method

   Fold the walnuts, chocolate chips and marshmallows through the chocolate base.

   Pour into container. Reserve a small handful of each topping; scatter on top before freezing for the showpiece look.

   Freeze 8 hours.
