Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupsRipe mango (pulp or chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cupsThick curd (yogurt)
  • 1/4 cupMilk
  • 3 tbspSugar
  • 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  • a fewSaffron strands (optional)
  • 6Ice cubes
  • 1 tbspPista slivers (garnish)

Method

    Blend mango pulp, curd, milk, sugar and cardamom powder until completely smooth and silky.

    Taste — adjust sugar based on mango sweetness.

    Pour over ice in tall chilled glasses.

    Float a few saffron strands on top and garnish with pista slivers. Serve immediately.
