- 1 1/2 cupsRipe mango (pulp or chopped)
- 1 1/2 cupsThick curd (yogurt)
- 1/4 cupMilk
- 3 tbspSugar
- 1/4 tspCardamom powder
- a fewSaffron strands (optional)
- 6Ice cubes
- 1 tbspPista slivers (garnish)
Method

Blend mango pulp, curd, milk, sugar and cardamom powder until completely smooth and silky.

Taste — adjust sugar based on mango sweetness.
