- 500 mlTomato juice (chilled)
- 4 tspLemon juice
- 1 tspWorcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tspTabasco sauce
- 1/4 tspSalt
- 1/4 tspBlack pepper
- 1 bottleChilled soda water
- as neededIce cubes
- 1Celery stalk (garnish)
Method

In a blender or large jug, combine tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Tabasco, salt, pepper and a handful of ice. Pulse a few seconds — don't over-blend or it goes foamy.

Pour into tall highball glasses filled with ice.

Top with chilled soda — about 50 ml per glass.

Garnish with a celery stalk and lemon wedge. Serve immediately.
