Tangy Strawberry Doughnut

Vanilla doughnuts filled with strawberry jam, glazed in white chocolate and finished with sprinkles. Pretty as a present.

Ingredients

  • 6Fried vanilla doughnut base (see recipe)
  • 1/2 cupStrawberry jam
  • 200 gWhite chocolate (melted, for dip)
  • 2 tbspRainbow sprinkles

Method

  1. 1

    Fill the cooled doughnuts with strawberry jam through a small hole using a piping nozzle.

    Melt the white chocolate and dip the top of each doughnut.

  3. 3

    While still wet, shower with rainbow sprinkles.

  4. 4

    Set on a rack for 10 minutes.
