Ingredients
- 500 mlVanilla ice-cream base
- 1 tspOrange emulsion or essence
- 1/3 cupFresh orange juice
- 1/8 tspCitric acid
- 1/2 tspOrange zest
Method

Reduce the orange juice in a small pan on low for 3 minutes — concentrates the flavour. Cool.

Stir cooled juice + orange emulsion + citric acid + zest into the vanilla base.
