Ingredients

  • 6Fried vanilla doughnut base (see recipe)
  • 1/2 cupCaster sugar
  • 1/8 tspCinnamon powder

Method

    Whisk caster sugar with cinnamon powder in a shallow bowl.

    While the fried doughnuts are still warm (about 60 seconds out of the fryer), toss them in the cinnamon sugar to coat evenly.

    Eat immediately. Cinnamon doughnuts are at their best within 30 minutes of being made.
