Ingredients

  • 100 gDark chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cupAlmonds, roasted and roughly crushed

Method

    Fold roasted crushed almonds into melted chocolate.

    Spread on a baking-paper-lined tray to about 1 cm thickness, or spoon into a rectangular mould.

    Refrigerate 20 minutes till hard.

    Break into uneven rocky pieces. Store in an airtight box.
