Ingredients

  • 500 mlVanilla ice-cream base
  • 1/2 tbspInstant coffee powder
  • a few dropsCoffee essence (optional)
  • a pinchCoffee powder (to sprinkle)

Method

    Dissolve coffee powder in 1 tsp warm water. Cool.

    Stir the coffee into the vanilla base along with optional coffee essence.

    Pour into the container. Sprinkle a fine dusting of coffee powder on top. Freeze 8 hours.
