Ingredients

  • 500 mlVanilla ice-cream base
  • 1/3 cupMilk
  • 15–20Cashews, chopped
  • 2 tbspMawa (khoya)
  • 1 tspMawa essence

Method

    Boil 1/3 cup milk. Add chopped cashews and simmer 5 minutes.

    Add mawa. Stir till it dissolves and the milk thickens slightly. Cool fully.

  3. 3

    Add mawa essence to the cooled cashew-mawa milk.

  4. 4

    Fold into the vanilla base. Freeze 8 hours.
