Ingredients

  • 4 scoopsFruit punch shake base (see recipe)
  • 1 tspMango essence
  • 1/2 tspYellow food colour
  • 2–3 scoopsMango ice cream
  • 2 tbspNuts (cashew, almond), chopped
  • 1 tbspTutti frutti
  • 2 tbspMango syrup
  • 1/4 cupMilk

Method

    Blend the fruit base, mango ice cream, mango essence, mango syrup, yellow colour and milk till thick.

    Pour into a tall glass.

    Top with chopped nuts and tutti frutti. Drizzle extra mango syrup. Serve with a wide straw.
