- 3 scoopsFruit punch shake base (see recipe)
- 2–3 scoopsVanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cupKesar (saffron) syrup
- 1/2 tspCardamom (elaichi) powder
- a few dropsOrange-yellow food colour
- 1/2 tspKesar essence
- 1Rasmalai patty (garnish)
Method

Blend the fruit base, vanilla ice cream, kesar syrup, cardamom powder, colour and kesar essence into a thick frothy shake.

Pour into a tall glass.

Top with a small rasmalai patty floated on top, a dusting of cardamom and a sprinkle of slivered pistachios. Serve with a wide straw + spoon.
