Ingredients

  • 500 mlVanilla ice-cream base
  • 1/4 cupCake pieces (vanilla or graham crumbs)
  • 2 tbspCream cheese
  • 1 tspVanilla essence

Method

    Whisk cream cheese with vanilla essence till smooth and spreadable.

    Swirl the cream-cheese mix through the base — leave streaks visible.

    Fold in cake pieces. Optionally drizzle a fruit compote (strawberry, blueberry) on top before freezing.

    Freeze 8 hours.
