Cornflake Chocolate Crunch

Cornflakes folded into chocolate then set — crunchy, crackly, satisfying. The drugstore favourite from your childhood.

Ingredients

  • 100 gChocolate (dark or milk), melted
  • 1/2 cupCornflakes, lightly crushed

Method

  1. 1

    Fold crushed cornflakes into the melted chocolate quickly, before the chocolate cools.

  2. 2

    Spoon into chocolate mould cavities, or drop small mounds onto a baking-paper-lined tray.

  3. 3

    Refrigerate 15 minutes till set. Demould or peel off the paper.
