- 1 cupMaida
- 1 1/2 tspBaking powder
- 1/4 tspSalt
- 2 tbspSugar
- 1/2 tspCinnamon powder
- 2Bananas (ripe), mashed
- 3/4 cupMilk
- 1Egg
- 2 tbspMelted butter
- 1 tspVanilla essence
- 1/3 cupWalnuts, chopped
- 2 tbspButter (for cooking)
- as neededHoney (to serve)
Method

Sift maida, baking powder, salt, sugar and cinnamon together.

Whisk mashed banana, milk, egg, melted butter and vanilla in another bowl.

Fold the dry mix into the wet just until combined. Fold in 3/4 of the chopped walnuts.

Heat a non-stick pan on medium-low and brush with butter.

Pour 1/3 cup batter per pancake. Cook 90 seconds until bubbles rise to the surface, then flip.

Cook the second side for 60 seconds. Repeat for all pancakes.

Stack on a plate, sprinkle remaining walnuts, drizzle with honey and serve hot.
