- 1.5 cupsStrawberry ice cream
- 1.5 cupsVanilla ice cream
- 1.5 cupsPistachio ice cream
- 1/3 cup totalCashew, pista, almond — chopped
- 1Thin sheet of vanilla cake
- 1 sheetCling film
- 1Loaf-shaped glass bowl

Line the inside of a loaf glass bowl with cling film, leaving overhang on all sides.

Lay the thin cake sheet at the bottom of the bowl — trim to fit.

Soften the strawberry ice cream just slightly. Spread an even layer over the cake. Freeze 20 minutes till firm.

Spread softened vanilla ice cream over the strawberry layer. Freeze 20 minutes.

Spread softened pistachio ice cream over the vanilla. Sprinkle chopped dry fruits on top.

Cover with cling film. Freeze at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.

Lift out using the cling overhang. Slice with a hot knife into bricks. Serve immediately — cassata melts fast.
