Sweet Lassi

Ingredients

  • 2 cupsThick curd (yogurt), chilled
  • 1/2 cupCold milk or water
  • 4 tbspSugar
  • 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  • 1/2 tspRose water (optional)
  • 1 tbspPista slivers (garnish)
  • 6Ice cubes

Method

    Combine chilled curd, milk, sugar and cardamom powder in a blender.

    Blend on high for 1 minute until smooth, frothy and creamy.

    Add rose water if using and pulse once.

    Pour over ice cubes in chilled glasses.

    Garnish with pista slivers and serve immediately.
