Ingredients
- 6Fried vanilla doughnut base (see recipe), shaped as long oval
- 3/4 cupButtercream (see recipe)
- 2 tbspSalted caramel sauce
- 150 gMilk chocolate (melted, for coating)
- a pinchSea salt flakes (garnish)
Method

Shape vanilla dough into long ovals and fry.

Swirl salted caramel sauce into buttercream — leave streaks for visual interest.

Pipe caramel-streaked buttercream into each slit éclair.

Dip tops in melted milk chocolate. Sprinkle a few sea-salt flakes on top while still wet.
