Honeydew Cream Chocolates

Ingredients

  • 100 gChocolate (dark or white), melted
  • 1 tbspVodka
  • 1 tspHoney or milkmaid
  • 2 dropsMint essence (oil-based)
  • 1 dropGreen food colour

Method

    Mix vodka, honey, mint essence and green colour.

    Pour melted chocolate into deep mould cavities, coating the walls. Refrigerate 5 minutes.

    Spoon 1/2 tsp of the liqueur mix into each chocolate shell — don't overfill.

  4. 4

    Pour more melted chocolate on top to seal. Tap gently — too rough and the liquid escapes.

    Refrigerate 30 minutes (longer than usual because of the liquid centre).

    Demould carefully. Store cold. Adult gift only.
