- 1Basic chocolate sponge (see recipe), 8-inch
- 1/2 cupChocolate soaking syrup (see recipe)
- 2 tbspInstant coffee powder
- 1 cupChocolate ganache (see recipe)
- 2 cupsWhipped cream
- 1 cupSoft chocolate truffle (see recipe)
- 2 tbspCocoa powder (dusting)

Dissolve coffee powder in the chocolate soaking syrup.

Slice the chocolate sponge into 3 layers.

Build: layer 1 → soak with coffee syrup → spread ganache. Layer 2 → soak, spread mixed ganache (1 cup truffle + 2 cups whipped cream beaten together). Layer 3 → soak.

Crumb-coat with the ganache-whipped-cream mix. Chill 15 minutes.

Final coat with whipped cream. Dust the top with cocoa powder through a sieve for the tiramisu finish.
