Ingredients
- 1 batchBasic vanilla sponge batter (see recipe)
- 1/2 cupTutti frutti (chopped candied fruit)
- 1 tspMaida (to dust the tutti frutti)
Method

Toss the tutti frutti in 1 tsp maida — keeps it from sinking.

Make the vanilla sponge batter. Fold the dusted tutti frutti through.

Line a cupcake tray with 12 liners. Fill each 2/3.

Bake at 180°C convection for 18 minutes. Cool fully.
