- 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder

In a large bowl combine the cabbage, capsicum, pineapple and carrot.

In a separate bowl whisk together mayonnaise, fresh cream, English mustard, salt and pepper until smooth and slightly thick.

Pour the dressing over the chopped vegetables and fold gently until everything is coated.
