Ingredients

  • 1 cupThick hung curd (hang 2 cups regular curd for 4 hours)
  • 1 dspFresh cream
  • 1 tspLemon juice
  • 1/4 tspLemon zest, grated
  • 2 pinchesSalt

Method

    In a bowl, whisk the hung curd with the fresh cream until uniformly smooth and pourable but still thick.

    Stir in salt, lemon juice and the grated zest.

    Cover and chill in the fridge until serving time — flavours bloom over 30 minutes.
