Ingredients
- 1 batchPizza dough
- 4 tbspButter, softened
- 2 tbspGarlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbspParsley or coriander leaves, chopped
- 1 tspMixed herbs
- 1 cupMozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 tspOregano
- 1/2 tspChilli flakes
- 1/2 tspSalt
- 1/2 cupMarinara sauce (for dipping)

Preheat oven to 220°C.

Whisk softened butter with chopped garlic, parsley, mixed herbs and salt into a garlic butter.

Roll the pizza dough into a 9-inch round on parchment. Brush generously with garlic butter.

Top with grated mozzarella. Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes.

Bake 8-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly with golden spots and the base is crisp underneath.

Cut into thick breadsticks. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
